I have been a CA Commissioned Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent since 2019 and have completed hundreds of loan signing appointments, such as
Purchases, Sellers, HELOCs, Refinance, VA Refinance, Commercial/Investment properties, and Trust Certifications.
I am a member of the National Notary Association and am a Certified Loan Signing Agent in good standing.
I have also been certified by the Loan Signing System which is an in-depth loan signing course.

My Coverage Area
My Coverage Area
I cover the Southern and Eastern parts of Los Angeles County (Lakewood, Cerritos, Bellflower, Long Beach, Norwalk, Downey, and surrounding areas), the South Bay (Torrance, San Pedro, and surrounding areas), all of Orange County. I will also go to Yorba Linda and the Corona area as needed.
Note: Travel fee will be negotiated at the time the appointment is made.
